Watch Floyd Mayweather Defend Trump’s Pussy Grabbing Comment A Misogynistic View

Floyd Mayweather stopped by Hollywood Unlock, a radio show he has stake in, and delivered his first interview since winning the Mcgregor fight. While Floyd is not a beacon of morality for the children of the world, or an icon to look up to for his dedication to rid the world of sin, his defending trump’s pussy grabbing comments is simply disgusting.

He Spoke Like A Real Man Spoke

During the interview Floyd even spoke about lessons he teaches to his daughter; “you cannot carry yourself like Men carry themselves”. Prior to making that statement Floyd justified his teachings by claiming its unnatural for Men to be with only one woman and that his daughter shouldn’t think like a man. A clear indication of mixed thoughts considering his daughter would be with a Man, which in her fathers eyes should have as many women as he wants because; “whoever said that it’s supposed to be one on one?”.

Floyd Mayweather On Trump Pussy Grabbing:

During the interview Floyd Mayweather displayed his misogynistic patriarchal views on women, even comparing women to property. It’s no shock he defended trump, but this is a man the world loves to exalt for boxing? While TheBLACKMedia is for uplifting, and the betterment of the Afrikan image in entertainment, we simply cannot accept everything we do as a people, and this is one of those things. Floyd is an influencer, and can influencing a lot of men into his twisted way of thinking, hopefully this article will combat that.

“People don’t like the truth… He speak like a real man spoke. Real men speak like, ‘Man, she had a fat ass. You see her ass? I had to squeeze her ass. I had to grab that fat ass.’ Right? So he talking locker room talk. Locker room talk. ‘I’m the man, you know what I’m saying? You know who I am. Yeah, I grabbed her by the pussy. And?'” – Floyd on trumps statement.

Why It’s Wrong: Full Interview

“Yeah I grabbed her by the pussy, and?” And it’s rape! Floyd what if your daughter was subject to this behavior and ideology? Would you say; “And? He a man so…deal?” Women are not property, nor are they toys for boys. In Floyd’s defending, he used the overused theory of “a man just being a man” to excuse trump’s comments of pre-rape. Grabbing a woman’s ass or body if it is not asked for is wrong, disgusting, rude, disrespectful, and should never happen. Talking about women the way some men do; “her ass is fat, damn her tits are big” etc. is not ok, but it happens. The reason it’s not ok is because it desensitizes men to women and make them less human, a sexualized object, which is clear in Floyd’s property comparison. All of this adds to the ideology that women are less than men and are to be for men, as a man see’s, when in reality, women are equal to men in almost every way. Try to make a list of how women are NOT equal to men, and you’ll find the list to be so short it will embarrass you.

We must change the way we think about women, yes we, as I am a Man writing this, and I am not alone in my thinking. Check out what actor Terry Crews had to say about misogyny:
